Tom, they will bolt up to the S5 but the offset may not be correct. The RS5 is wide-bodied and the wheel concave is more aggressive. Although the RS5 does have the wider fenders, the factory S5 wheels do suck in a lot(especially in the rear) so it may work out fine.
I have a rep set of these in 19" that I'm gonna use at the track and they look awesome
