I believe both are overpriced! I was going to buy a 2008 DTM s4 for $44,000 with maybe 200 miles (it was brand new. It was a leftover). I ended up buying a 2010 s4 for $52,000 out the door. I looked at a a5 (used) with low miles, mynt condition and it was in the mid 30's. Im liking the v6 supercharge but the v8 sounds soo nice. I put exhaust on my car so its better now . Just wanted to share my experience. Good luck!

I would rather have the A5, looks more aggressive to me.

I really like the S5 but I didn't like the sunroof.
