1.) An RS6 can be imported to the US

Saw this a while back on 'another' forum, but still don't understand how he dodged the law with this car.

So what's the dealio? You're not allowed to Drive an RS6 C6 in the USA? Explain please.

Audizine is horrible... I tried to hang in there but I had a brain cell too many - two's the limit.

Apparently it doesn't match the emission-standards and therefor is almost impossible to register.
