Bye Bye RS4 - hello...
So I've just got rid of the RS4, leaving Audi temporarily. It's been flawless and for two years run without any hick-ups, and yes, I'm going to miss it. On the other hand I'm looking forward to seeing the new TTRS...
Until then, I thought I'd go in the complete opposite direction and go for what's always been a dream car of mine. So I'd like to introduce to you all - my new set of wheels:
That's right - it's a 1978 Toyota fj40. Professionally renovated from head to toe in Germany, and with just 70.000km's on the odometer with original engine.
This thing is an absolute blast to drive. It has ridiculous clearance, Borla exhaust, all new dampers & a pneumatic brake-system. A proper truck in other words and yes, a little different from the Audi, but that's why I got. Have cars purely because it's fun - and this will hopefully provide a lot if it. Until I get tempted back into the Audi-scene again that is...
