Totally the other end of the spectrum in comparison to the RS4, but neat nonetheless.

I have a built up 80 series and LOVE it. They are great cars. I am very jealous of your 40. You should check out the website IH8MUD - Home. Lots of great info there.

It is good to see another land cruiser on this site. Solid axle cars FTW. Starting in 98 with the 100 series and independent suspension they are all softies now. Have fun and PLEASE take it off road. That is where land cruisers truely belong.

No problem! I'll report from the brown stuff as soon as I'm there (No Jox - that's not an invite )

Ask Bilprovningen. They're the ones delaying the pics... Apparently there's very little documentation about this model in the country so I've had to request paperwork from Toyota germany.

Sucks, as paperwork is the only reason it doesn't have plates yet. Everything else was flawless when I took it through tests...

I'm surprised you didn't go for an estate/wagon, Jox says those are huge chick magnets in Sweden.

Absolutely, except Jox definition of a chick is a Sybian. And he's proud he can pack three of 'em in the back of the Beemer.

Don't tell him he's not supposed to ride them himself though. He's a very confused man and it would break his heart...
