It sounds a little Italian as it approached it's redline. I think it's a great combination of V8 grunt and burble - like a German with exhaust should sound - combined with a absolute wail in the upper range. Fun to toy around with when you're tinkering around town, but also great for merging onto freeways, the track, etc.
