thanks i bought it used from matthew smith at performance boat brokerage he was selling it for randy kent he owned the two speed racer mti and he just bought looney toons and a 39ft dragon it is in paint it is going to have twin 850hp motors!!

Remember, trademarks are industry specific.
But, if Parker Brothers could prove that the graphics somehow enhanced the boat's value due to an erroneous belief by the public that Parker Brothers somehow endorsed it, then they could have a claim.
