SWITZER_Media is an unknown quantity at this point
Looks great, man. I was always a fan of the thing and it genuinely terrified me on my one and only test-ride (coming off a bad wreck). Haven't bought one, but it's on my "must-own" list along with a first-gen VMax.

Ride safe!

If I can keep this thing forever I will. It's too good to let go and I know I would just absolutely regret selling it.

Looking at gsxr's right now. Could you PM me why yours was a nightmare so we don't jack your thread.
PM'd. You have no reason to worry though.

Terrifying is an apt description. When you start pushing it the thing truly reminds you of what you're dealing with.

Thanks for all of the kind words guys. And of course, safety always comes first

I rode with a guy that had one. Those gear driven cams, and with twin carbon Jardines that was about as close to the sound of a Ducati that you get!

Unbeknownst to me at the time I bought it, it had a bunch of internal modifications from one of the previous owners that were never meant to be put on the bike which made it an internal nightmare for tuning and performance.

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely loved that bike. But only when it was running well. The reoccurring issues are what made me have to get rid of it.

Nice pick up, 5k is a really good price.

I've always loved the 2002 Suzuki TL 1000R, probably not as good as a RC51 though.
