So....I'm going with cash in hand to look at one of these on Sunday. I've been researching them for a bit now, and "the right one" seems to have surfaced. Decent miles, enthusiast owner, never down, and bone stock with the exception of a custom map and PCIII. It's a 2000.

I can't find much that go wrong with these beauties other than the tanks sometimes leaking (most of which were warrantied by Honda).

Since you owned one, are there any little things to keep an eye out for? I'm fairly versed at looking for the basics when buying a used inline 4 bike, but this will be my first v-twin. Thanks in advance for your time. - Seth
