Went to California Speedway with a friend of mine. Other than the extreme heat, it was a great day at the track. This was my first time taking the Aprilia to the track for a track day. I rode my friend's R6 for a session and was amazed at how much more comfortable I am on the Aprilia. We also felt that the Aprilia changes direction faster than the R6, which is insane for a 1000cc bike. Anyway here are a few pics.

Great Pics!! Looks like fun... Glad to see you putting the toy to good use! I couldn't even imagine wearing full leathers in this weather, that is a feat on its own...

 

Ya, it was really hot. Track temp was around 145 degrees. At least there is a lot of garage space at Cal Speedway.
