Very inexperienced rider. He wasn't going that fast and has terrible throttle control.

Not too bad reflexes, to be honest. Sure he fuxored, but he saved it by not staring into the truck's grill (and head-butting it).

Every motorcycle rider has had "oh shit" moments. I have had my share as well. I still remember when about 25yrs ago, I did something similar to the OPs video soon after I got my first bike. I went into the turn and BARELY kept the bike right at the double yellow line due to my inexperience. The opposing lane was a line of cars so if I had been unable to keep to my side, I was toast. Scared the sh!t out of me. Today I could take that same turn 25 mph faster than that day without issue and for me, that highlights the importance of new riders going to riding school.
