Front and rear wheels have different overall diameters don't they? That would explain the speed difference.

True, the rear probably has a larger overall diameter, but that should make it appear to be turning slower, I think. Maybe what I'm seeing is him spinning up the rear on corner exit. Or it's just an illusion.

I agree with you on the wheel spin. If you look at the front wheel, it looks like he has a good amount of counter steering going on, which would happen if he is sliding the rear wheel out.

He's absolutely lighting up the rear Ara. Good eye. You can also see the darkie he's leaving.
