More GoPro content ... NE's finer roads!
Last weekend we hit some of northern NY and VT's finest roads ... you could say we had a good time.
There was some peg draggin', lots of BS stories exchanged, one positively awesome burger on the shore of Lake Champlain, a ferry ride ... and overall just an awesome way to spend the day.
The Z1000 keeps amazing me, the damn thing is ridiculously easy to ride ... I did ride ... ahem ... enthusiastically, and it never ever failed me, never tricky, never nervous. I'm really impressed by this bike, as many shortcomings it may have, it has this uncanny quality to never bite your head off. In the second vid, my buddy on the Hyper was right behind me ... and almost lost it highsiding out of a corner, and yet we're on the same tires. And I may a scraped a peg here and there.
I missed the last bit of the ride as I ran out of juice ... but it only means I need to go back.
I have to go back anyhow, I need to take the time to stop and take some pictures. Good pictures, with flash and tripod and stuff, the other guys weren't so much into that, so I stuck to GoPro footage.
Unfortunately my bike is stock and not loud enough to cover wind noise ... so music it has to be.
