Anyone know of this paint job on a Monster?

I would say by looking at the Thumbnail that it is a custom job.

But it is Italian, so it could be some kind of special edition of a special edition.

Funny! no photoshop. It's in my garage, I did see one like it in black locally. It's the only red one I have seen.
