Body shop/paint guys ... Mercedes paint?
Anyone familiar with Alubeam paint by MB?
Mercedes-Benz CL65 Alubeam Chrome Paint
I've seen a couple cars (at auto shows) with that paint, and it is absolutely beautiful.
Is it possible to have a vehicle (namely a motorcycle) painted that exact color? Would one have to go through MB? or PPG (which apparently makes the paint)?
As I understand it, the application is not as straightforward as conventional automotive paints ...
Bottom line, my bike needs to be repainted and I want that color. I don't care if I have to go buy a jar of the damn thing in Germany myself. I want it.
