How in the hell do you stay on a bike at that speed when it is trying to come out from underneath you????

A lot of it has to do with the rider knowing enough to relax his grip on the bars. A lot of it has to do with luck.

Yes. Most boots have replaceable metal toe sliders that encase the outside part of the boot. This is a common wear spot when leaning at steep angles.

yea, most motorcycle gear is also designed to allow you to slide in case of a fall vs catching and then flipping you, etc.
