I'm looking forward to seeing the C7 Corvette at the Detroit Auto Show. We are definitely due for a new design. Judging by some of the above pics, it looks like it might have some of the "teeth" that were in the recent Stingray concept.

I don't really mind that the Corvette doesn't show much of its roots. I do think the design is a bit bland, so I'm hoping they spice it up a bit.
It was mentioned above that Ferraris aren't really taking design cues from their older cars, but I actually see some of the Ferrari 250 Lusso in the Ferrari 599, though I think the Lusso is a much better looking car.

Agreed. I have a tendency to hate Corvettes, but I really want to see them succeed. I just feel like they can, they just aren't. Paying too much for plastic with an engine IMO. Let see some interior and sick styling. And can we lose the "Our competitors asked us to tone down the horsepower, so we did....to 640." I hardly believe if they made a 700+hp engine, they would tone it down because someone asked them to lol
