Stuka's not the only one getting a CTS-V Wagon...

I've been in touch with his sales guy about getting the exact same car (6-spd manual, black all around, yellow calipers, suede steering wheel, Recaros). We've gone back and forth a bit, but I have an official build date now!
The issue was getting a VIN issued before the end of 2011, which was necessary in order to get all the 2011 incentives required to get a decent lease payment on the car.
So, my Vagon will be built in a couple of weeks, and I should have it some time in January. It'll be delivered to the local dealer in Austin. I'm pretty excited to be driving a manual again. The Cayenne Turbo is great, but between the slushbox transmission and turbo lag, it always seems to give any request your right foot makes a bit more consideration than I would prefer it to.

As for your comment on the Cayenne. That's why you buy the GTS and not the turbo

I wish I could double rep a post.

KT, you know I am one of your biggest fans, but sorry. CTS-V Wagon is a bad-ass machine that is easily one of the best looking wagon/4-door hatches on the market. The Panny is well.....it has a nice interior and some beautiful badges on the outside.

Not quite. We'll do the killing ourselves. Transportation and Po-Po evasion? Spot on.
