I think they should definitely build something like this. Cadillac used to be the epitome of what american luxury could be. We need a competitor to Rolls, Mayback, and Mercedes with their land yachts.

Traditional styling, impeccable materials. All thats really needed. A turbo V6 and a massive V8 for engine choices, for those that want to get somewhere fast, and those that want to enjoy the time they have.

If they could make the headlights not look like clear tail lights, and maybe a bit thicker, I'd love it, and maybe make the interior not look so, well, impractical and unrealistic.
