Why would they be dropping the 5.0 and 3.7 after they just went through the trouble of developing them (and marketing the crap out of the 5.0)? Doesn't seem to make much sense. I can see why they would want different motors for different markets, though. I would love to see what the new 2.5L Ecoboost motor could do in a lighter Mustang.

Let's just hope they put a transmission that works in the new car. They are getting quite a bit of bad press on that chinese tranny in the present GT's. They are breaking left and right.
