The Ford GT Picture Thread

LOL, no, I don't think it adds that much power, that's just the numbers for the 'kits' from the tuners. I'm just making the no header assumption by the fact that he called it a GT700 and not a GT750 or 800. And yeah, he's got the borla back there. He might have the long tube headers, hard to say. I love my X-pipe, but that Borla sound is heavenly. And yeah, and WOT, (like on the racetrack), mine sounds like that too. My buddies is louder yet without the CATS, and another buddies is CRAZY loud at WOT with the cat delete headers into a Borla. It's hard to tell for sure as there's no reference for volume on a video, that Ferrari was wailing pretty good too, and based on that is where I'm assuming. This is getting OT for a pic thread. LOL. Anyway, GREAT vid, fun to watch. And long tube headers or no, that thing sounds mighty fine.

^^^^^ ANOTHER great pic. Is this a chop again? Beauty. Any idea what wheels on that one? ADV10's? They look like center locks. Hang on, is that the car DBK had Heffner build with twin turbos? If it is, they're probably HRE's, I'm just not sure which ones. That car is my favourite GT built. I just love it. I saw it at Jason's shop, and the attention to all the little details in that engine was beyond compare.
"where'd everyone go?" I agree. Maybe they're all waiting for DJ or Mark or Alex or someone to make this thread a sticky. LOL.

Chop? Unfortunately yes lol. They are HRE's. Same TT that Shelby was selling a while back. Yes centerlocks.
If not mistaken, they're HRE C93's. I painted the bolts black (hate silver bolts on black wheels), lowered it, saturated a bit, and blacked out side marker. Was a little rushed lol.

Yeah, if that's the one Shelby was selling, then yeah, it's the one dbk had Jason Heffner build. It's freaking GORGEOUS. OK, I'm gonna put up a pic that a buddy of mine took of my car, but dammit, mine IS lowered, and it looks like a 4x4 after all your chops slamming cars to the pavement. Not very usable ride height in my neck of the woods (hence why I'm still rolling 18/19 wheels), but damn, it really looks tall now. LOL.

I know a lot of my chops are really pushing it, it's nearly impossible to drive a FGT with no wheel gap, it's basically on the ground lol. Car is already low as it is.
Car looks great btw.
How does this look?

Oh gawd, now I'm laughing so hard I'm crying. LOL Please delete that pic before anyone thinks my car is really like that.

EDIT - can't rep you again yet. Still laughing though.

BTW. This is the lowest FGT I've ever seen, but Adv1 has been known to chop their cars dramatically, so Idk if this is legit or not.
Relatively certain those are chopped. I noticed from this cars Adv.1 photoshoot that the pictures with the Adv. 1 watermarks were "chopped" lower.
BTW: I have noticed a LOT of FGT's are unevenly lowered. The rear has a bigger gap 99% of the time. Is it due to the fact they are running 18/19 or 19/20 rim combos? Even so, if you lower the FGT was T&A's, you control how low each corner is like regular coilovers right? I haven't seen an even wheel gapped FGT yet lol.
