So now I need to decide what wheels to get. It needs to be at least 19" in the front, I've got a Brembo Ceramic brake kit in boxes on the floor waiting to get mounted!

Nice pictures! I think the ones you saw on the Heritage a page or two back would look good. I think all black wheel would flow nicely with this car. 19/20 or 20/20. Personally I'd go 19/20, gives it a nice clean look.
