Made of carbon fiber, with "a bit" more than 600hp? Sounds like a new McLaren MP4-12C with the 616hp power bump. Nice!

Ah, swing and a miss. Okay...Noble M600? In my book, it has a bit more than "a bit" over 600hp in its max output, but it's the only other thing I can think of off the top of my head that fits the bill. There are others, like the Ferrari 599 and Lamborghini LP670-4, but they're just MOSTLY made of CF, and I think they have a bit more than "a bit" over 600hp.
Care to throw out another hint or two? Like, is it a car from another a boutique manufacturer, like Mosler, or something more "mainstream", if you will? And are we talking brand new period, or something new as in you've never driven one before?

Hmm...SLS Black Series? 622hp and carbon-reinforced plastic body panels. A stretch, considering it's not on sale yet...
Uh...Corvette ZR1 or SRT Viper GTS? Real Hail Marys, I'll admit, but I'm quickly running out of cars with "a bit" more than 600hp and using significant amounts of carbon fiber.
Carrera GT? A bit on the expensive side, but like I said, I'm running low.
