Hello.

Couple weeks ago, the Ford Mondeo ST220 arrived our shop.
For those who doesn't know about this car, this is sports model of the Ford Mondeo for European market.
This car sports Duratec 3.0 V6(225hp) with manual tranny.

This car actually had SuperSprint exhaust system, but the customer wanted get full Kreissieg exhaust system.

Because we do not make any product for this car, we make custom system for this car.
We do "ONE-OFF" system for custom application.
It usually takes about 30 days for us to complete.
As you know we do not release the car until we are fully satisfied with the results.(Performance and exhaust tone)

This car is still under development, I will post it up the progress on this car as well.

March 30th.
The arrival of the car.

 

Always liked those cars, I wish we had gotten a version in the US. More pictures (including interior) would be great! Has the owner done anything else to the car to upgrade it?

 

I will take more pictures and specs once car comes off from the lift.

 

April 15th

The car has been on the lift for few weeks.
The front downpipe has been done.
Stock system has two resonators which are very restrictive.
We have done sound test before we start producing the system.
This engine has pretty good potential to have excellent sounding exhaust.


BYE-BYE to stock fronts + SuperSprint rear.

Good job, nice that you work on everything and not just exotics. No offense to the owner, but wouldn't your complete custom system be worth half of that car?

 

I was just thinking the same thing, although more by way of the system being worth the entire car and then some . . .

 

How much is your Audi's front part worth by now?

 

Our company is purely car-enthusiast orientated, meaning that we will work on pretty much ANY cars as long as the owner appreciates theirs.

We actually have many customers who has done one-off system for their unique cars.
It's very hard to justify it if you only look at it from price point, but there are just more than that when it comes to great sounding exhaust system for your specific car.
It really up to the owner's satisfaction.
