Locating exhaust tip location to determine muffler position.
Btw, those are NOT the actual tip. We are using just the piping to determine bumper clearance.

 

April 19th
Although our facility is closed on Sunday for customers, most of our staff works even on Sunday to make good process.

Our mechanic already have started up the car.
The sound came out as we pre-tested before.
I was honestly very impressed with the ST220's exhaust sound with our exhaust system.
Because it had very nice tone, we decide to take the vid of this car after everything is done.
So please be hold!


The inner pipe is for the exhaust gas to pass under the silent mode.



Finished securing piping route for the rear mufflers.

Finished as of just now.

The car is pretty much stock except our exhaust system.

April 21st
Today, we have made slight revision on the valve unit since we wanted have little more aggressive exhaust tone.
This car will not be release to the customer YET, we are keep testing the car until we get some good and reliable results.

The weather has been pretty bad here(raining...)...still trying to get some decent Video of this car.

 

You need to get the Supersprint sticker on the rear bumper removed

 

The exhaust system, attention to detail and obvious quality of workmanship is amazing!

Shame its on such a POS car.
