Why is he an idiot? First, it's not a new Viper, it's a Gen2 and likely does not have ABS. Second, he wasn't driving like a moron, he came out of the tunnel and couldn't see the cars stopped ahead because of the sun.

The guy was driving like an idiot, not that he necessarily IS an idiot... but weaving through traffic when it's going maybe 45 miles an hour is not the smartest thing in the world. (just to look cool on video)
