Pretty sweet - C6 Chevrolet LINGENFELTER TWIN TURBO CORVETTE
Most supercars can light up their rear tires. But can they light them up while cruising the interstate at a steady 75 mph? That’s the party trick of Lingenfelter’s sensational 725-bhp Twin Turbo Commemorative Corvette. That, and wheelspin-restricted zero-to-60-mph sprints in 3.9 seconds, zero-to-100 in 7.3, and a top speed of 205 mph. Indiana-based Lingenfelter is offering just 25 of these hyper Vettes to celebrate a quarter-century in business. And “hyper” is the right word here. The seven-liter motor comes with a forged crank, polished heads with stainless intake valves, larger injectors, and a pair of water-jacketed Garrett turbochargers.
The complete engine is balanced and blueprinted. Other features include Brembo calipers and drilled 14-inch rotors, three-piece 19-inch HRE forged alloys, a Lingenfelter body kit, and a custom leather interior. The price of this beast? A cool $86,995 plus, of course, the sticker price for a new Vette coupe. Total outlay: $132,380. To be able to light up your tires in first, second, and third gears? Priceless.
