Any Mustang guys ever see a complete CAI comparo to determine the performance King?

I've got the Ford Racing / Whipple (HO-- intercooled) blower on my Mustang. It's dead reliable on stock internals, puts ~500 to the wheels, and the stock trans is perfectly happy.
GT500's are nothing to write home about. You can build a much better car using Roush / Ford Racing / etc parts for a lot less moolah.

Especially since the GT500s don't have IRS like the previous generations of Cobras usually did. They're fine as drag cars and for most people, they can be hustled around a road course, but '03-04 Cobras are much better drivers cars when it comes to tracking them, imo.

I'm a little biased though...
Have you looked in to the Roush Under Drive Pulley (401433) and FRPP Charge Motion Control Valve Delete Plates (M-9524-46CM)? Those are two more ways to add a slight hp amount without spending too much. I can get you the Roush UDP for a really good price.

yea, that is my big complaint w/ the GTO........it's almost impossible for my wife to drive because sometime you have to use some serious force to get past the notchiness, lol

Went with Steeda intake at JBA Racing here in San Diego. The guys there are great! Highly recommended.
Also updated the tune. Not sure if it's the tune or the intake, but damn! Throttle response sure seems snappy as hell by comparison to before. Happy camper here.

Super, you can bolt on most off the shelf sc kits and run them daily with reliability, as long as the sc comes with a serpentine pulley. If anybody tells you that a blower with a cog drive is safe for a stock motor, run very far away.

What's the net gain from UDP that you've seen, 10hp +/-?
And w/the valve delete plates, I've heard some people lose low-end torque. Why is that?
