Something tells me that if a record like that actually meant something, anyone of those pro drifters from Japan could lay down a drift "ad infinitum" or until the tires gave way.

BTW, don't knock drifting if you haven't actually seen it done by professionals, in person. I want to clarify that I am not a fan of the lifestyle, the ricer cars, or the flatbill-dude tools that typically follow the sport, however, it really is something to see in person. A real adrenalin rush and some pretty spectacular driving.
