Club GTO
A few Nice articles about the ultimate Ferrari
We all belong to clubs. Joining them has been part of our lives for generations. We might have started with the Cub Scouts, progressing through the debate club, glee club, or not. College fraternities might have led to the country club and perhaps a car club that devotes itself to a favorite marque. They all have one thing in common—large memberships. There are several clubs whose membership is kept small for reasons of exclusivity. Then, there is another “club,” which centers itself on Ferrari’s iconic 250 GTO. I say this in jest because it doesn’t consider itself a club.
Membership will never be more than 38 and current membership rests at 36, because two people each own two cars. This is strictly an owners’ club. Sell your car and you’re out. They don’t have meetings; instead, they organize tours at five-year intervals called Anniversary Reunions"
