It is in every trademark complaint.

After looking closely at the Complaint I am starting to believe that someone lost a bet or something.

They are only asking for $100,000 in statutroy damages and for the return of profits made in THE USA by Ferrari from using the name.

$100,000 won't pay for the Complaint and what profits??
