I used this occasionally while living in CA and now that I am back in Oregon I really don't need a bluetooth. It comes with the charging dock(charges iphone and headset in different ports) and that is it. I used it with a Blackberry and it did the job, having never used another type of bluetooth I am really unable to provide a comparison.
