how can u tell? based on the height of the yellow one sits (the front nose lip distance to the ground) it's def not in aero mode so the wing is not up. unless the mechanical part is not there but u can see the wing piece is actually on the car.

Volcano yellow, the papaia orange or bare carbon fiber are the best matchs for me!

The wing is defiantly missing on that car. There have been better pics showing that on other cars. I bet it was a prototype with a fixed wing originally like mentioned

Yes, only the wing have removed; I think the mechanical supports are there. But I'm not sure the images are not clear.
