McLaren Automotive’s chief test driver Chris Goodwin will unveil the groundbreaking McLaren P1 at this year’s Dubai International Motor Show.
The Dubai International Motor Show 2013 takes place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from November 5 to 9.
Goodwin, 46, will meet McLaren P1 customers at the event and talk about his involvement in making this next generation supercar a reality and why he believes it will give drivers the closest ever experience to that of getting behind the wheel of a Formula 1 car. Full story at TradeArabia
PS
Hopefully Chris Goodwin carry the news of Nurburgring lap record. Just a wish.

Are you certain of this? The Yellow P1 which was delivered first has already been spotted with a UK plate at Silverstone.

According to Tim ( Shmee150 ) that car has a UK owner who he knows personally.

Indeed. He must be talking about the McLaren Orange P1, which has no external visible carbon fiber, no?

The P1 would look in all carbon fibre great like the Huayra CF.
Thought the same.
WHITE997ttRS is the biggest Porsche Troll i've ever seen. Just talking senseless fanboy bullshit without any background information. I can't stand these psycho fanboys who would say everything just to make sure their fav brand looks better than it is.
But this is how desperate fanboys behave, you can't do anything about it.

That car is not 'available' - it is not even US-spec. It is the last Production Prototype 'PP3' which is touring the US dealers to allow future owners to see the production model and aid in their choices for finalizing specs. It has already left the Dallas dealer on its way West.
The entire US allocation of P1s - some 150-160 cars or ~40% of the entire run of 375 - are spoken for with deposits. The only cars left to sell appear to be in the European market with perhaps a bit of shuffling on the remaining units if their was an extremely compelling reason.
