McLaren F1 GT coming to 'Dream Cars for Wishes' in Brussels
Late notice, but the McLaren F1 GT prototype will be displayed publicly for the first time since 1997 in Brussels, Belgium as part of the 'Dream Cars for Wishes' display at the 91st European Motor Show Brussels – from 18th until 20th January.
This is an EXTREMELY unique opportunity to see the rarest of all the McLaren F1 variants - the F1 GT - of which only three were built. This car has not left Woking for any public viewings in over 15 years!!
Show Details: Dream Cars - 91e Motor Show | 11 - 20 jan. 2013
Please share with any enthusiasts who might have a chance to attend so that no one misses this great opportunity!!

Wow! I would love to be able to see this one. That's a dream.
Erik, a couple of questions regarding the GT if you have time to answer. The first one is obviously owned by McLaren. What about the other two? Do you know the whereabouts of those? Do you know if any of those two have ever traded hands or if it's still with their original owners?

Always have time to talk about the F1.
The whereabouts of the other two GTs are well known. Unless there has been a very recent change, neither of them have ever changed hands.
The black one '054 F1 GT' resides in the collection of the Brunei Royal Family. Just one photo of it there exists in the public domain:

The other burgundy one '058 F1 GT' went to a Japanese collector who, over the years, has owned no less than 6 F1s of varying types, with as many as four at one point. The GT disappeared from his collection for a couple of years causing us to wonder where it had gone, but later reappeared in 2008 after being extensively refit by the factory in a paint scheme similar to that of the West Formula One cars from the Hakkinen/Coulthard era. Though the museum the car lived in was closed in 2010, the car is still with that Japanese owner along with 'LM2' which he is also the original owner of.
Here's a shot of the updated paint scheme on this GT taken at a recent trade show in Japan where it was put on display back in November 2012.

My friend Patrick has now added his gallery of shots from the show on Facebook with Public permissions so no one should have any issue viewing them - whether you have a Facebook account or not.
Some of them have been uploaded at high res, so I'd recommend viewing the album at Fullscreen. Click the F1/V12 logo below to see the rest.
