Most paddle shift cars have the ability to operate in Automatic mode. This is very different from an Automatic transmission that uses a torque convertor, which the P1 definitely does not have.

I believe the 450SEL 6.9 went to 120km/h in 1st gear....
Is it better the both these cars?
Maybe I am not understanding your statement

All i stated is that the gear ratios seem to be on the short side.
If its bad or good is nothing i can comment on.

And yes the 450SEL 6.9 is a better car than both of these
But for other reasons than the gearing haha
