Most of them initially came to Florida except one of the white ones that was first spotted in the south of Spain IIRC. Whoever commissioned them obviously has very deep pockets and probably can take them anywhere.

Just wanted to file this post from McLarenLife here. It comes from a current 12C Coupe owner whose car was fully loaded, including a few bits from MSO as well. Here he is talking about the new bumper pictured above:
Sounds like he knows what will make him happy regardless of the price. That's the way to buy a supercar!
