For being the F1 successor a roof scoop is extremely necessary. 
I heard that the front end of the car is a fake, but the rest is the final thing with a lot of camouflage.

If you look more closer to other spy photos you can see that is different, not the same intake. And the door has something different from the MP4-12C, but is hard to say what.
