Drove the MP4-12C Yesterday, Initial Thoughts....
Wicked Fast - the best two words I could muster up when I got out of the new McLaren and was asked, "so what did you think?" Plain and simple this car is a bullet train that makes the scenery literally melt around you when you get out of Auto mode. I found engaging Active Sport Mode, to be my setting of choice for country back road in up-state New York. I can't believe how fast this car is with no turbo lag at all. Driving position and visibility is simply divine.
Overall I had very high praises for the MP4-12C. I came away extremely impressed with the new supercar out of Woking, and would recommend this car to prospective buyers in a heartbeat, but if I had to nit-pick, one thing that I would revise is the procedure to open the doors sliding by your hand under the paint, that should be addressed in the next model year build.
Huge thanks to Chirag from Ecurie25 and Jonathan from Monticello Motor Club for the hospitality, we all had a great day! I'll draft up a complete review in a week or so but here are a few pics of the MP4-12C to hold us over.

Steering was remarkable light, car felt ridiculously nimble. I was shocked how accurate Chris Harris was about the car in "Auto-mode" as well, so docile and can be used everyday, but when you put it into Active > Manual > Sport - it becomes a precise scud missile.
