According to the Maserati site, the 2008 Quattroporte Sport GT S shares the 400hp engine with the non-S model. The 2008 "S" tweaks were related to suspension, wheels, and brakes, with a few cosmetic additions. If they continue the Sport GT series and offer an S version for 2009, I would imagine it would also have the 4.7-liter 430HP engine noted in the OP's message. I sure WISH it had 500HP, though!

I'd rather the vertical bars in the 2009 grille were concave, a'la the Gran Turismo, rather than convex. Still a handsome car.
