Quattroporte Info

Hi all,

I'm looking into the Quattroporte - 2006 seems like the MY i could go for in my price range if i go for one.

What should i look for in regards to problems?
What options are worth having etc?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Josh

Josh: Will this be your only car? If so, don't you think you're a little young?

Make sure you get the Sport GT, I absolutely love the quattroporte even if its a very delicate car and a buddy of mine had has silly problems such as the TCU needed changing, glovebox not opening and door handles buttons not working "electronic".

I tried both the Auto and the Semi-auto, I like the semi auto more for some reason.

Josh, the clutch is the biggest problem that I know of on those. My understanding is that you can't baby it - well you can, but it's actually harder on the clutch - the best clutch we see out of our customers is a guy who beats the hell out of it. For drivability/reliability I would step up to an 07+ with the ZF automatic if you can swing it.

Go for at least a 2007 with the ZF auto transmission. They have become a much better car.
I have a brand new leftover 2008 for a huge discount.

He'll take it as long as you throw in free shipping to his destination.
