Isn't that his cousin? The one who had a little "incident" involving cocaine and liberal ladies??

Wait, is this true? I have always been told that VW owned or controlled audi, lambo, bugatti and Porsche just bought 51% of VW. I am the first to admit this could be false but that's what I thought. So where does VAG fit in and who the hell are they?

Also, does anyone know more about GM and Fiat history? I didn't realize they were once involved with each other.

If I'm not totally wrong VAG stands for Volksvagen Auto Group that owns VW, audi, lambo etc.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

VG = Volkswagen Group. It's former name (changed in 1992) is Volkswagen Audi Group (VAG).

Porsche owns 35% of Volkswagen Group. Its subsidaries are Audi, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, SEAT, Škoda, Volkswagen, MAN, and Scania.

Technically, VAG stands for Volkswagen Aktiengesellshaft ... whatever that means in german. Volkswagen Group is close enough.

VAG the group owns 100% of VW the brand. It also owns all the previously mentioned brands. Detail, Lambo doesn't belong to VAG but to Audi, which belongs to VAG.

Thanks.

BTW, didn't Porsche increase its stake in VAG up to 51% recently?
