I found a blue example, with an off-white interior, just sitting with dust piled up on it very recently. That's not to say much as it was parked next to a Rolls-Royce Phantom with plenty of dust on it as well. It was a manual which is exactly what I would want, especially mated to the glorious S62 engine (same as the E39 M5's).

I tried to find out who the owner was to see if he/she was interested in selling. If I get an answer back soon, I will let you know.

Common misconceptions of the car is that people expect it to handle like an ///M car, but it's actually a luxo-GT model. That doesn't mean that it's not a seriously capable car, but it's better not to expect M3-type handling from it. I just read somewhere that one magazine pitted it against a 360 Modena and it outhandled it, while outperforming it in acceleration and braking as well.

If you find a low-mileage car in Kuwait, then I would urge you to buy it. With our messed up import laws, it would almost be impossible to bring a Z8 in from the States or Europe; unless you're able to find someone high up to pull it off for you.

Great! Then you should be okay waiting to get a well-pampered car from the States or Europe.

BTW, all Z8's are manuals. Alpina offered 555 examples with switchtronic, especially for the US-market.

I prefer manual not a big fan of Automatic cars. Out of the cars I have 4 manual cars out of the 7 cars I have. My Daily Car is a Toyota Land Cruiser Pickup 5speed manual.

Z8 is a dream car of mine too Mo. Definitely a future collectible. Almost every bit on the car is specifically designed for it. Everything is thought to be the best. Great looking, elegant machine. They are extremely rare here too.

If you had the luxury to choose a combo, I would suggest black with red interior. It looks magnificent. BTW, try to get a Europe car, few more ponies due to emissions and no mph speedo and odd digits radio.

P.S. The only handicap of the Z8 is, although they have a ///M engine, they don't have LSD.

If you get a Z8 I would highly highly recommend getting an EVOLVE mafless tune for the car. This way you will never have MAF issues which these engines are known for. Pus the performance will be beautiful with a mechanical throttle feel with the Alpha-N tune from EVOLVE. Good luck with the hunt, inshallah you'll find a gorgeous one.
