Needs a V12 or a V10 but I doubt they'd let that happen. If it's a turbo 6 banger that will be unfortunate.

this thing is fugly, and so is the i8 concept.

i still dream of the perfect exotic that bmw should have made back in 2007-2008. a mid engine sports car powered by the S85 V10... the perfect competitor to R8 V10 / F430 / Gallardo. it really is the car where that engine belonged in..

Amen to that! That engine never really made sense in the cars it came in, as much as I loved it. Cars like that need to have a bias towards low-end power in my opinion and that's exactly what the V10 didn't give them. Something lighter and mid-engined though would have been perfect for it!

Never gonaa happen. BMW is becoming more and more boring since the death of the high-revving NA engines (especially the F1 derived V10) whilst adding more and more weight to its already heavy cars.
