I agree on the sunroof weight, personally, unless it's a dedicated track car. But, its removal does add headroom which Andy seems more concerned about.

When I bought my Z06 4 yrs ago or so I looked at E46's too. They were just a tick out of my price range and I didn't go for it.

Am I the only one who is nuts for a LSB over LSB E46?! I also dream of an E46 wagon. Can you turn a 3 series wagon into this?

^ this is most of the way there, but seems way pricey for what it is.

I happen to love LSB, although it's a bit loud for me to actually consider it as a [semi] DD. The fact that they were only made through 04, as I recall, made the decision easier for me.
I also love LSB leather, but combined with LSB paint it's a bit much. My favorite combo, and I've only seen it once, is CB/LSB. The blue hue in the CB paint matches the LSB leather just perfectly. AW/LSB is a bit more common, albeit still rare.

Dropped the car off for paint correction and then clearbra.

Wyatt, did you take out your CDV yet?

Too little miles for 2005 IMO. Had an E46 M3, what a great car!

Andy - haven't removed the CDV, yet. I purchased a TMS SS clutch line to do at the same time (too cheap not to, like $30). Will do it as soon as I have time. Car is actually in WA now (I'm in LA) and I've only spent a weekend with it. Going up on Monday for 2 weeks and will take care of it then. Trip ends with driving it back down here along the coast. Can't wait!
