I'm guessing the track makes you sign something saying you can't sue them for damages but can you go after the other drivers if they hit you?
Your on a race track I don't think you can go after anyone.

Well yes and no, officially it's a public road (also the reason why they cant separate bikes from cars or forbid bikes totally *lots of accidents*) but then again many insurance companies have defined it as a n racetrack.
