What's a good price on an m3?

Found a 2010 model, smg, white/maroon, about 15k km's.. Loaded.. Certified used by BMW, for USD 72k. I feel it's too steep. Thoughts?

On cars.com I see listings for 10-20k mileage 2009 "base" m3's for around 60k.
