From my understanding, it cannot. Not old enough to federalize. And don't make exceptions. SMG II is pretty craptastic.

Have read something about it on forums, it is a legit CSL and has come to USA via Puerto Rico somehow. Concensus seems that is legally in Florida at least, not sure about rest of the states. (don't know about US import regulations, so just citing losely what I hve read)

Oh and Ced, even if you change every single part in a normal e46 M3 to CSL parts it still wont be a real CSL, justa e46 M3 converted to CSL...

That is a very special M3, sure sounds like it is the real deal. I noticed this one has the radio as it was a delete from the factory also looks like it has A/C as well. Sure would be nice to verify the vin on this car.

 

Lovely car and always worth owning if one gets the chance.

It has nothing to do with FL.

It was given a new VIN by PR when it was allowed entry into the port. It is legit and it has all the proper paperwork as well.

Only Normal VINs come up on Ebay....

The car is real, I have seen it in person and was going to purchase it....

This is the ONE and ONLY in the states......so someone that is an enthusiast PLEASE PICK IT UP!!!!!!!!
