Is this including any import taxes or is this the actual base price?

It includes 5% import tax? can anyone verify that?

Our currency is pegged to the Dollar, so if the US can get it at a reasonable price, so should we (barring any difference in import tax).

MC, BMW do not price their vehicles on exchange rates, they price them based on market share, market perspective and trade criterias.

In other words, they'll price it as high as they can get away with..

Thumbs down

$60K ? Going by this, adding 100% tax to the cost, I could buy a new M3!

good thing about bmws is the market corrects their inflated msrps pretty quickly

look at every M car from the last decade barring the CSL (which still took a healthy dump but has since stabilized)

I have experience in that.. I bought both my M cars a couple of years into their model years at very reasonable prices.. especially so with the z4 since the owner got fired and had to leave the country

So they say the 1 M Coupe will have one production year (2011). This adds to my annoyance and the I-gotta-have-it factor.
