Yeah. Even though BMW USA and BMW Canada are separate entities they were clumped into the same demographic when BWM HQ granted the US a manual.

The only thing the US & Canada (if it gets it) should worry about is if the manual transmission on the next-gen M5 is actually developed for the car. That was the problem with the outgoing V10 M5, the manual gearbox was not made for it. They basically modified an existing setup to work in unison with the engine, which wasn't the right way to go. You could feel there was a bit of a lag between the transmission and the engine... just my opinion, of course.

Still, I'm jealous lol
